Computing Workshop - Conducting Learning

Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 were involved in a two-day Computer Science workshop ‘Conducting Music’ run by Thames Music.  Using a Micro:bit and LED’s pupils coded to make music.
 Some pupils in Year 6 quoted:

• “This is better than Scratch because it has so many more options”
• “I didn’t realise you could make such wonderful music using a computer”
• “Making music with Micro:bit was amazing”
• “My physical actions corresponded to the music I made”
