Georgia O’Keeffe

​During Art we studied the Artist Georgia O’Keeffe.  We used her paintings as inspiration to create our own pictures of flowers.
We watched the video ‘Austin’s Butterfly’ a Ron Berger video about how critique and feedback teach children to improve their work through peer feedback which is kind, helpful and specific.  In pairs we looked at our own work and give each other feedback on how we could improve our paintings.
We then had another try at drawing the flower, taking on board how we could make it better and improve our work.
Finally, we enlarged our drawings and used watercolours to paint them.
